There will be 4 sections to our display:
SECTION I will be titled “DANCING BUTTERFLIES IN SUMMER ”. The basis of this section is to reflect a soothing Summer night, where people laugh and dance and generally enjoy each moment.
SECTION II is entitled “SPRING”. The basis of this section is to reflect what a joyous time the Spring season brings. Not only in our native China – but everywhere in the world. I believe everyone associates Spring with “life“, the colorful trees and blossoming flowers are the inspiration for this section.
SECTION III is entitled “THE PEACH TREE ”.The inspiration of this section is based on what the Peach Tree represents to us. It’s beauty, it’s bounty, and it’s peaceful existence. This is what we wish for people all over the world.
Lastly- SECTION IV is entitled “THE FLOURISH ” We see “Flourish” as a verb, for people to develop or grow in a healthy way. This is our wish for all mankind.
LI represents the traditions and many cultures of China. We encourage all in attendance to keep the brief descriptions of each Section given above, in the back of your mind as you view the performance. We hope you enjoy the display, and we wish Grace and peace upon everyone!
